What a wonderful picture! It's the simple things that make life so great!
Oh, I am so right there with him! We don't have a fireplace, but when I was a kid I spent countless hours gazing into ours...
This is our favorite thing to do!! We spend time just about every night sitting by the fire with the Christmas lights on!!

I wish I was sitting there with him! I love your fireplace :-) I want to spend the night there while it's still cold. Maybe we'll get another snow day like we got last year. Can you believe that's been almost a year ago :-0.
There is nothing better! We have spent many nights the same way. :)
