Promotion

Patrick and Carter both got the first stripe on their karate belts this week! They were so surprised, and I was so proud. They have worked so hard to get to this point. It's a lot more work to it than they expected, but they have stuck with it and really enjoyed the experience to this point! They have gotten so much stronger and learned so much discipline in the sport in the short time that they have been in it. I hope they will continue to grow in it.
